The full team lists for the upcoming 12th Women’s U19 World Floorball Championships this May in Lignano Sabbiadoro & Latisana, Italy have been released.
16 teams from across the globe will meet in Italy to decide the very best in Women’s junior floorball. Sweden are the defending champions after beating Finland in Lahti two years ago in the 2024 final and will come into the tournament as one of the favourites yet again with a strong group (7 players) from elite side RIG Umeå which is known for being one of the best clubs in the world for developing junior talent. Finland, Czechia & Switzerland will certainly be the other favourites for the title and we may see some surprises from the other teams including hosts Italy who will be looking to impress on home soil!
