The 2026 Champions Cup winners were decided earlier today. Storvreta edged out their rivals, Falun, after a penalty shootout, while Thorengruppen secured a comfortable victory against Vitkovice in Ostrava.

Storvreta celebrated their fourth Champions Cup title in Falun, after a thrilling match that went all the way to a penalty shootout. The home side, Falun, were the stronger team in the first period, scoring three goals to take the lead. Storvreta pulled one back in the second period and fought their way back into the game in the third, with Sakarias Ulriksson scoring his second of the evening and Ondrej Nemecek equalising just 58 seconds from the final whistle.
Both goalkeepers – MÃ¥ns Parsjö for Storvreta and Carl Bending-Sörling for Falun – were outstanding and really the cornerstones of their team’s defence. But Parsjö came out on top. Filip Eriksson and Gabriel Kohonen scored their penalties, and Parsjö made the decisive save, sparking celebrations as he and the whole team ran towards the Storvreta fans. Emil Ruud was the only successful penalty taker for Falun.
This is Storvreta’s fourth Champions Cup title, and it’s all the more meaningful to win it against their long-standing rivals, Falun.

Thorengruppen celebrated their third Champions Cup title after a dominant 9-2 win against Vitkovice.
The match started tightly, with both teams managing to score; Veera Kauppi for Thorengruppen and Vendula Berankova for Vitkovice. Unfortunately for Vitkovice, a 2+2 penalty in the first period resulted in two goals being conceded. After the first period, Thorengruppen were leading 4-1, and the second period offered Vitkovice no respite. Veera Kauppi completed her hat-trick, and Jonna Stenvall made it 6-1. Although Berankova managed to score again, becoming one of the successful players on the Vitkovice side, it wasn’t enough. Oona Kauppi scored twice, and Veera Kauppi added another goal to seal the victory. A clear win for Thorengruppen and disappointment for Vitkovice.
